Her Story

Erica Vanessa, grew up as the youngest in a middle-class family, with parents from the beautiful twin islands of Trinidad and Tobago. For her immigrant parents, education, stability, and becoming a respected member of society were of utmost importance. They spared no expense, within reason, to provide for their family. Despite receiving a solid education and developing significant skills and talents, Erica still felt unfulfilled, launching her into a cycle of searching for purpose through education, vocation, and countless questions. Unfortunately, these questions remained unanswered, leading Erica to become the solution she sought. She aspired to create a community where individuals who felt unseen could find support. Driven by her frustration with what she called "information that is just information," Erica envisioned an organization that would offer more: access to the knowledge that helps people unlock their true identity, and the education, financial literacy, and family planning tools necessary to live the lives they dreamed of.

Erica Vanessa is now The Personal Development Curator & Strategist, a speaker, author, image consultant, coach, mentor, intergenerational leader and a passionate advocate in the pursuit of authentic identity. With over 25 + years in Leadership and personal development. She has been in Department of Education and private education developing the identities of clients from 25 - 55+. After her years in the corporate and private sectors, she finally launched out on her own. Other than her love for God, her greatest passion is seeing individuals fulfill their life’s dreams.
